Welcome to Danuo! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Danuo mobile application ("App"), which provides a platform for swimming enthusiasts to share experiences, track swimming records, and connect with other swimmers.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Danuo is a social and tracking app only. It does not provide professional swimming instruction, safety advice, or medical guidance. Always follow proper swimming safety protocols and consult with qualified professionals for swimming-related advice.
You are solely responsible for your swimming activities and decisions. We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur during your swimming activities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danuo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:
